Materials

  • 1 cup power greens Spinach, Kale blend
  • 1 scoop cocao powder
  • 1/2 each banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder plant-based
  • 1 scoop chia seeds
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • mix all ingredients in nutriblast cup, start with power greens, add protein powder and water last. blast for 20 seconds and enjoy

Notes

I make this for recovery after a workout and sometimes when I have a chocolate craving sweet tooth.  The banana-chocolate flavor is quite enjoyable.
