- 1/4 cup Spinach
- 1/4 cup Kale
- 1/4 cup chard
- 1/8 cup raspberries
- 1/8 cup blueberries
- 1/8 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1 each Honey Crisp Apple Slice and core
- 3 chunks pineapple
- 1 each banana
- 3 each almonds
- 1 Tbs Locally-grown honey
- 1.5 cup Almond Milk
Add green leafy (spinach, kale, chard), add berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries), Add Honey crisp apple, pineapple, banana and almond milk. I use the Nutriblast. 6"Blast" for 10 seconds, add almonds and blast for another 10-15 seconds.
