Materials

  • 1/4 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Kale
  • 1/4 cup chard
  • 1/8 cup raspberries
  • 1/8 cup blueberries
  • 1/8 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1 each Honey Crisp Apple Slice and core
  • 3 chunks pineapple
  • 1 each banana
  • 3 each almonds
  • 1 Tbs Locally-grown honey
  • 1.5 cup Almond Milk

Instructions

  • Add green leafy (spinach, kale, chard), add berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries), Add Honey crisp apple, pineapple, banana and almond milk. I use the Nutriblast. 6"Blast" for 10 seconds, add almonds and blast for another 10-15 seconds.
