Doctoral Research & AI Strategy

Dr. Austin earned her Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation, with research focused on strategic workforce readiness for artificial intelligence in knowledge-service organizations. A Voice Grounded in Lived Experience

Dr. Austin’s voice is grounded in lived experience. Once told she should aim for work that did not require a degree, she went on to earn her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude, complete an MBA, build an executive career, become an award-winning faculty leader, and earn her doctorate. Her work is shaped by the belief that transformation is possible when people are seen, prepared, challenged, and supported.

Her Guiding Principle

“Life happens for you, not to you, to live your purpose.”
