Her work helps colleges, universities, businesses, professional associations, and leadership teams prepare people, workflows, and organizations for responsible AI adoption. She brings together doctoral research in Strategy and Innovation, practical higher education leadership, AI-integrated teaching experience, and more than 25 years of corporate and executive leadership across major national brands including Harley-Davidson, Ford, Jaguar, Aston Martin, and Land Rover.

Dr. Austin’s sessions are practical, clear, and audience-centered. Her doctoral capstone examined AI workforce readiness in U.S. knowledge-service organizations, and she is lead author of “Preparing to Teach with AI: Six Faculty Roles for Reimagining Creative Teaching,” published in The Teaching Professor (Magna Publications, August 2025).
