Cocao-Berry Smotthie

Power greens, Cocao Powder, 1/2 banana, mixed berries, chia seeds, protein powder, water

  • 1 cup power greens (Spinach, Kale blend)
  • 1 scoop cocao powder
  • 1/2 each banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (plant-based)
  • 1 scoop chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  1. mix all ingredients in nutriblast cup, start with power greens, add protein powder and water last. blast for 20 seconds and enjoy



I make this for recovery after a workout and sometimes when I have a chocolate craving sweet tooth.  The banana-chocolate flavor is quite enjoyable.
