Smooth Green Chia-Berry Smoothie

A light and refreshing smoothie option

  • 1 cup Organic Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 3 Each Strawberries (Large)
  • 1/2 Each Bananas
  • 1/2 tsp Hemp Seed
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Locally Grown Honey
  • 1 cup Filtered Water
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Ice as desired
  1. Add ingredients in order beginning with the spinach, ending with water/crushed ice. I use a Nutribullet. "Blast" for 20 seconds or until the mixture has a smooth and even consistency.

Enjoy this light and refreshing drink.  I like the vanilla-nutty smoothness and the health benefits it offers.
