BOM Smooth Green Chia-Berry Smoothie
A light and refreshing smoothie option
Yield: 1 People
- Smoothie Cup
- 1 cup Organic Spinach
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 3 Each Strawberries Large
- 1/2 Each Bananas
- 1/2 tsp Hemp Seed
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Locally Grown Honey
- 1 cup Filtered Water
- 1/4 cup Crushed Ice as desired
- Add ingredients in order beginning with the spinach, ending with water/crushed ice. I use a Nutribullet. "Blast" for 20 seconds or until the mixture has a smooth and even consistency.
