FEAR

Fear is this gripping sensation that manages to keep us from the things we desire.  It stops us in our tracks, stagnated, stuck with an inability to move forward and get to the place where we can be, do and have all that we desire.

F.E.A.R.

Its as if fear is a mask or looming cloud that comes over us, covering our eyes and blinding us so that we can’t see, reach or get to the joy that is right there! Right beyond the point, where fear has us stuck!

You’ve likely heard the acronym for FEAR expressed as false experiences appearing real. I offer another. FEAR IS “Forming Energy Affirming Realities.” What do I mean by this?

FORMING

My thoughts, words, and actions form what I believe.  In turn, my beliefs create the energy that surrounds me, comes from me and is attracted to me.

ENERGY

The energy that surrounds me affirms and puts form to my thoughts, my beliefs, and as a result, my reality is formed. My be, do, have becomes visible.

AFFIRMING

Simply put, in the words of Henry Ford, “if you think you can, you can…” if you believe that fear is crippling, it is. If you believe in F.E.A.R. as a way to form, shape, carve out your reality, it is.

REALITIES

Come out from under that cloud, take off that mask.  Thoughts are the reality we create.  The reality that “I can.”  The reality that “I will.” The reality that I soar from my thought and beliefs to succeed.

Respectfully,
